Take part from home
If you would like to take part from home, you have the option to do that too. Follow the three steps below and read on for further instructions.

3.Provide a spit sample
Once you have completed the form, we will give you a kit to collect your spit sample and show you how to use it. Our scientists will use your spit sample to collect your DNA and we’ll work to uncover the causes of good and bad health.
Follow the instructions in the pack to give a saliva sample. Remember:
- Do not eat, drink, or chew paan for half an hour before giving the spit sample.
- Wash your hands with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser after giving a sample.
- Put the sealed sample in the return envelope and put it in a post box.
